EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you want to exchange a size or colour, or to return a pair, you just have to select it below purchase line you ordered.
If you want to request an exchange or return, please take into account that:
- It is only possible to request it on our website: https//piesanto.es
- To request it, place the mouse pointer over "My account" section and log in with your username and password. Then, select "My orders" and access the one where you acquired the item you want to return.
- The maximum period to request it, it is 30 days, from the purchase date.
- It is so IMPORTANT to specify us the RETURN REASON and It should be necessary a time interval of two hours to schedule a collection.
- The shoes must be packed as you received them in order to prevent any damages during the journey.
- If you request a return, you could choose between a refund for the total purchase’s amount except the shipping costs, or between a promotional code to redeem on our online shop for the total purchase's amount.
- The Promotional Code to purchase on our online shop is indivisible, non-refundable and one-time use by the whole value. If you do not use the total amount, this remaining value will be lost. Promotional codes will not be applied retroactively. As soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned pair, we will send the Promotional Code.
- As soon as we receive your return or exchange request, we will send you an e-mail.
- You could send us the product to return by yourself and we will refund you the full purchase amount as soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned product.

- If you prefer, you could use our free pick up service. According to your location, follow the instructions below:
- If you live in Mainland Spain: you should only contact Tipsa (Tel.no. 966 665 105 or e-mail: email@example.com). Please, tell them your name or business name (the same one when you made your purchase), your address, e-mail and telephone number. Do not forget to point out the order’s number as a reference. It should be necessary a time interval of two hours to schedule a collection. Do not worry about the returning label (Tip-sa will stick it when they collect the package). We will refund you the full purchase amount except the shipping costs (2,99 €) as soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned product.
- If you live out of Mainland Spain: wait for the prepaid returning label that we will send you by e-mail. Stick it to the package and wait for the carrier. They will pick it up in the timetable that you specified. Do not worry for the return label (Tip-sa will stick it when they pick the goods up). We will refund the amount except the shipping costs (4,99 €) as soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned product.
VAT is included in all the prices on our website.
These General Sales Conditions and the use of this website are subject to current Spanish regulation on the matter.
On the other hand, in case of conflict or discrepancy, the sale will be considered in Alicante and, therefore, applicable jurisdiction will fall to the Courts or Tribunals of the abovementioned capital city.
