RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you want to change your PieSanto shoes for a different colour or model, you should REQUEST THE RETURN and place a new order.
However, if you want to exchange your PieSanto shoes for another size of the model and colour, you could ask for a CHANGE. This way, there is no need to make a new payment.
If you want to return any of the items purchased in our online shop, please take into account that the maximum return period is 30 days, from the purchase date.

- Place the mouse pointer over "My account" section and log in with your username and password. Then, select "My orders" and access the one where you acquired the item you want to return.
- Select the article and the pairs to return. It is so IMPORTANT to specify us the RETURN REASON and It should be necessary a time interval of two hours to schedule a collection. If you want to exchange the size, please write down the new desired one at this point.
- As soon as we receive your return or exchange request, we will send you an e-mail.
- You could send us the product to return by yourself and we will refund you the full purchase amount as soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned product.

- Mainland Spain: you should only contact Tipsa (Tel.no. 966 665 105 or e-mail: email@example.com). Please, tell them your name or business name (the same one when you made your purchase), your address, e-mail and telephone number. Do not forget to point out the order’s number as a reference. It should be necessary a time interval of two hours to schedule a collection. Do not worry about the returning label (Tip-sa will stick it when they collect the package). We will refund you the full purchase amount as soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned product.
- Canarian Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra or Portugal: wait for the prepaid returning label that we will send you by e-mail. Stick it to the package and wait for the carrier. They will pick it up in the timetable that you specified. We will refund the amount except the shipping costs as soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned product.
- Outside Spain: we will send you the pre-paid label by e-mail. Stick it o the package and wait for the carrier. They should pick it up in the timetable you specified.We will refund you the amount except the shipping costs, as soon as we check the perfect condition of the returned product.
- Please, take into account that the shoes must be packed as you received them in order to prevent any damages during the journey.
VAT is included in all the prices on our website.
These General Sales Conditions and the use of this website are subject to current Spanish regulation on the matter.
On the other hand, in case of conflict or discrepancy, the sale will be considered in Alicante and, therefore, applicable jurisdiction will fall to the Courts or Tribunals of the abovementioned capital city.
